Q. Do you provide legal advice?
A. No. HaengjeongsaON does not provide legal consultation, litigation representation, legal judgment, or guaranteed results. We prepare administrative documents only.
Q. Can foreigners use the service?
A. Yes, but documents are prepared in Korean and delivered in Korean. Please describe your situation in as much detail as you can when you submit.
Q. How is the price decided?
A. After we review your request. Document drafting starts from KRW 50,000; complex or permit/visa work is quoted individually. All amounts are exclusive of VAT.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Simple documents are usually drafted within 1 to 3 days after payment is confirmed. Complex cases are informed separately.
Q. How are results delivered?
A. As a PDF / Word file through the platform.
