How to use HaengjeongsaON
Requests are received online, reviewed, quoted, and delivered as a written document. You do not need to visit an office.
1. Submit online
Describe your situation and the type of document you need. Do not include sensitive numbers at this stage.
2. Administrator review
An administrator checks whether the request is something we can help with.
3. Cost estimate
We share whether the case can proceed and the estimated cost. VAT is not included.
4. Payment
Once you agree, complete the payment. Drafting begins after payment is confirmed.
5. Drafting & revision
The administrative agent drafts the document and revises it based on your feedback.
6. Final delivery
You receive the finished document (PDF / Word) through the platform.
Before you submit
- Prepare a short summary of what happened, when, where, and who was involved.
- Gather any supporting materials you already have (messages, emails, notes).
- Do not enter resident registration numbers, passport numbers, or alien registration numbers at the initial request stage.
Service limitation
HaengjeongsaON does not provide legal consultation, litigation representation, legal judgment, or guaranteed results. Every request is reviewed by an administrator or an administrative agent before availability and cost are shared.

Do not enter sensitive information such as resident registration numbers, passport numbers, or alien registration numbers at the initial request stage.
